Wayfare Tavern Event Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

   • All tickets for Wayfare Tavern events are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this as proof of purchase.
   • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Wayfare Tavern management.

2. Pricing and Fees

   • Ticket prices are as advertised and are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
   • All sales are final, and no discounts will be applied retroactively.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the event date to receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
   • If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event. Transfers are subject to approval.
   • In the event of a cancellation by Wayfare Tavern, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

4. Event Details and Changes

   • Wayfare Tavern reserves the right to modify event details, including menu, timing, and programming, as needed to ensure the best possible experience for guests.
   • Guests will be notified via the contact information provided during purchase in the event of significant changes.

5. Guest Conduct

   • Wayfare Tavern maintains the right to refuse entry or service to any guest engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
   • Guests must comply with any stated dress codes or event-specific guidelines.

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

   • Dietary restrictions or allergies must be disclosed at the time of ticket purchase. While Wayfare Tavern will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, certain restrictions may not be possible given the event's format or menu.

7. Liability

   • Wayfare Tavern is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
   • Participation in events is at the guest’s own risk. Wayfare Tavern is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event unless caused by negligence on the part of Wayfare Tavern staff.

8. Media Release

   • By attending a Wayfare Tavern event, you agree to allow photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless you notify Wayfare Tavern in writing before the event.

9. Age Restrictions

   • Guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) to participate in events where alcohol is served. Valid ID is required for entry.
   • Some family-friendly events may allow minors; please refer to the specific event details.

10. Force Majeure

    • Wayfare Tavern is not liable for event cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
